Raise your hands if you are ready for sunshine and warmer temperatures! I am not quite prepared for full-blown Arizona summer temperatures, but I would like for the rain to stop so the weeds will stop growing, LOL. Until that happens, I will continue to dream of an island paradise of sand, surf, and Pineapple Daiquiri Sorbet……..

I wanted a special salad to go with my Broiled Lobster Tails, and this Whole 30 Wedge Salad with Homemade Ranch Dressing was just what I was looking for! Yes I do realize that iceberg lettuce is all water and devoid of nutrients…I don’t need 50 emails explaining that point to me, thanks. I created this Ahi Poke Stack as a “grown-up” version of the traditional Ahi Poke salad that is served everywhere you go on the islands……..
