These Cassava Flour Tortillas are grain-free, nut-free, and gluten-free, which makes them perfect for all of your Paleo, Celiac, or allergy-free meals. I mentioned last week that I was craving tortillas, and I actually caved and used wheat flour tortillas with my Instant Pot Pork Carnitas. If you have been following me for a while, you know that I do not follow any specific diet……..
This Whole 30 Clam Chowder is a healthier version of everyone’s favorite New England Clam Chowder. The dairy and gluten have been removed, but all of the flavor remains! Yes, I am calling this “healthier” even though it contains bacon. My blog, my rules, LOL The bacon in question is as pure as possible, pork and celery salt, so there are no pesky additives or chemicals added……..
I have to tell you guys, I am having a blast with my Instant Pot®! So far I have managed to not screw anything up, LOL. My latest creation is these super delicious, Instant Pot Pork Carnitas…and you are going to love them…seriously, you will. The recipe is naturally Whole 30 and Paleo, so they are healthy too……..
I wanted a special salad to go with my Broiled Lobster Tails, and this Whole 30 Wedge Salad with Homemade Ranch Dressing was just what I was looking for! Yes I do realize that iceberg lettuce is all water and devoid of nutrients…I don’t need 50 emails explaining that point to me, thanks. Unfortunately, stacked spinach and spring mix fall apart once the dressing is added……..
Welcome back to this month’s Feast & Devour… Cabbage Edition! When I hear cabbage, the first thing I think of is Asian Sesame Chicken Salad with Asian Orange-Ginger Dressing…so yummy!! Which is strange considering the fact that I am Irish, I should be thinking Corned Beef & Cabbage, LOL Luckily my friends have that covered for me……..
What do you think about those “Tasty” videos that are all over Facebook these days? Well I got the brilliant idea to make one this week to showcase this delicious Paleo Shepherd’s Pie, but I did something wrong. Okay, I must have done a bunch of somethings wrong because the camera did not record…nope, not a thing. Sooooo, I don’t have a cool video a-n-d I do not have my standard step-by-step photos either……..
One of my favorite condiments is barbecue sauce, and ranch dressing, okay maybe it’s a tie between the two. I already switched up my Homemade Ranch Dressing to be Whole 30 and Paleo, this past weekend I came up with an Ancho-Orange Barbecue Sauce the is sugar-free, healthy, and still loaded with flavor to pour all over my Instant Pot Barbecue Ribs……..
I mentioned this rich and creamy Paleo Chocolate Mousse the other day, and I knew I had to get it posted before Valentine’s Day! For anyone that did Whole 30 during the month of January, you must be itching for dessert by now…I know I am!! This Paleo Chocolate Mousse is the perfect way to finish a healthy meal……..
