I chose to go with thinly sliced onions, but diced will work as well on your Chili Cheese Dog Pizza. If you don’t like onions, leave them off.

I used my Original Homemade Pizza Dough because it is so simple to prepare. It is simple because I let my bread machine do all the work. Well guess what? Sadly, my bread machine bit the dust on this final batch of pizza dough and it did not rise as much as usual. No worries, my new one arrived today so I will let you know how my next batch turns out!!

If you have a bit of extra time to chill your dough, this Italian Pizza Dough is amazing!

How to make Chili Cheese Dog Pizza

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. If using a pizza stone, place the stone in the cold oven and heat for 1 hour.

Roll dough out on a well floured surface into a 15-inch circle, then place on a parchment paper lined pizza peel. {I have this one}.

Spread the Chili Sauce over the top of the dough without going all the way to the edge.
