Ingredients

  • 2 heads roasted garlic
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (at room temperature)
  • 1/3 cup Gorgonzola Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mash roasted garlic with a fork until somewhat smooth.
  • Add the butter, stir to combine.
  • Stir in the Gorgonzola, parsley, and black pepper.
  • Chill butter for 30 minutes, then roll into a 1-inch thick log in plastic wrap.
  • Place back in the refrigerator to chill completely, or place in the freezer until ready to use.
  • Slice into rounds and serve.
