Ingredients

whole chicken

Instructions
Cut garlic bulbs in half, and place 3 on the bottom of the slow cooker insert.
Slice 2 of the lemon the same thickness as the garlic and place half of them on the bottom of slow cooker. Add 2 sprigs of rosemary.
Cut remaining lemon in half, and place inside the chicken cavity along with the garlic bulb tops and 3 sprigs of rosemary.
Place chicken in the slow cooker and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Top with remaining lemon slices and rosemary sprigs.
Place cover on slow cooker and insert probe {if using}.
Set timer for 3 hours on HIGH or probe temperature to 165 to 170 degrees.
When slow cooker beeps, check for doneness.
If you would like to brown the chicken, preheat oven to 425 degrees and place chicken in a baking pan. Cook until crispy and brown.
Remove from oven and allow chicken to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
