Ingredients

bagels -sliced in half
plain, egg, whole wheat

cup
pizza sauce

ounces
mozzarella cheese

slices
pepperoni
or as many are needed
½
cup
sliced olives
drained
¼
cup
Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper/silpat liner, set aside.
Split bagels in two and set them on the baking sheet.
Spread pizza sauce onto each bagel half.
Top with 1 ounce {one slice} of mozzarella cheese.
Arrange pepperoni slices on top of cheese.
Add sliced olives, or any other toppings.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbling.
Allow to cool slightly {especially for little ones} and serve.
