- 13.66 ounce can chilled, full-fat coconut milk
- 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Without shaking the can of chilled coconut milk, open the can and scoop out the solid portion of coconut milk.
Place in a large bowl and beat until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla, and beat until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
