Ingredients

Streusel Topping

softened

Instructions
Melt butter in microwave.
Add the sugar, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Pour in the milk and vanilla, and whisk/stir to combine. Pour into a mug and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine flour, butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar together with a fork until thoroughly mixed together.
Sprinkle streusel over the cake mixture in the mug. Cook in the microwave for 1 minute 25 seconds {for 1000 watt ovens}.
Carefully remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before eating.
Notes
It takes 1 minute and 25 seconds to cook this mug cake in my 1000 watt microwave. You may need to adjust your cooking time depending on your oven.
