Greek Burgers
Ground lamb filled with feta cheese then topped with balsamic glaze, onion and tomato combine to make these Greek Burgers irresistible!

Ingredients
4
hamburger buns
2
pounds
ground lamb
3
ounces
feta cheese
crumbled
1
tomato
sliced
1
onion
sliced
balsamic glaze
black olives
sliced, optional
Instructions
Form ground lamb into 8 patties.
Place a scoop of feta cheese in the center of 4 of the patties. Now would be the time to add the sliced olives if you are going to use them.
Place the remaining patties on top of the cheese covered patties. Push together and seal the edges.
Cover and cook in a large skillet over medium heat. Juices should run clear.
Place patty on bottom bun.
Place a tomato slice and onion slices on top of patty.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Cover with top bun and serve. I served mine with Greek seasoned roasted potatoes.
