whole vanilla beans
Instructions
Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the vanilla beans on the baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, until dry.
Allow the vanilla beans to cool. Cut them into small pieces and place them into a coffee or spice grinder to pulverize.
Store in an airtight glass container.
Notes
This recipe makes 3/4 ounce. Six servings is just a guess to fill in the box.
