Ingredients

bittersweet chocolate

unsalted butter

heavy cream

light corn syrup

Four Roses Bourbon

teaspoon
pure vanilla extract
Cinnamon Sugar
¼

granulated sugar

cinnamon
cocoa powder, chopped pecans, flaked coconut
(optional toppings)
Instructions
Place chocolate and butter in a large bowl.
Heat in microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds.
Stir and heat for an additional 30 seconds. Set aside.
Heat cream and corn syrup in a small saucepan over LOW heat until it starts to simmer.
Pour heavy cream over chocolate and allow to sit for 1 to 2 minutes to completely melt the chocolate.
Stir chocolate/cream mixture until combined.
Add the vanilla and bourbon and stir until well combined.
Pour into an 8 x 8 baking pan {or 8-inch round dish}.
Chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours until firm.
Use a small cookie scoop to form truffles. Roll between your palms to make into round balls.
Roll truffles in cinnamon sugar, or choice of other toppings.
Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator until set, about 1 hour.
Keep chilled until ready to serve. Store leftover truffles in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
