Instructions
Combine cold coffee, Guinness, and simple syrup in a glass with ice. Carefully pour the Irish cream over the top.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa powder or cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately with a straw to combine the ingredients together.
Notes
Adjust the amount of ice you use to fill the glass as much as needed.
Chilling all of the ingredients before making this drink cuts down on the amount of time needed to make this cocktail, and you don’t need a cocktail shaker.
To avoid watering down your drink, pour coffee into an ice cube mold and freeze overnight.
