1TablespoonWorcestershire sauce, or fish sauce

Instructions
Heat the oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
Stir in the garlic and cook for one minute. Add the ground beef, stirring to break it apart, until browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Season with sea salt and black pepper
Add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, and seasonings. Stir to combine.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Pour over hot dogs, nachos, burgers, or even pizza and serve.
