pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries (to garnish)
Place 1 cup of ice in a cocktail shaker.
Pour in the rum and liqueurs.
Add the juices and grenadine.
Shake vigorously to combine.
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Strain cocktail into glass and garnish with pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry, and paper umbrella.
Feel free to play around with the amount of pineapple and orange juice that you add. If you feel it is too strong, just add more juice. If you add less rum, it will not taste the same…it’s better to up the amount of juice.
