Meat Lover's Pizza Rolls

Ingredients

egg roll wrappers
(mine had 21)

Italian seasoned ground beef

un-cured pepperoni slices

ounces
mozzarella cheese
(sliced)

cup
grated Parmesan cheese

egg
(beaten)
canola or peanut oil for frying
Instructions
Fill a Dutch oven or heavy pot with peanut oil. Heat to 350 degrees.
Place egg roll wrapper on work surface.
Place 1 Tablespoon of beef in the center of egg roll wrapper.
Top beef with cheese slices, pepperoni slices, and grated mozzarella.
Dip your finger in beaten egg and rub around the edges of the egg roll wrapper.
Starting with one corner, roll wrapper over the filling.
Pull each corner towards the center, then roll until completely sealed and filling is contained.
Continue wrapping pizza rolls and set aside.
Carefully place a few pizza rolls at a time into the heated oil, flipping them over a few times until they are golden brown.
Remove from oil and drain on a wire cooling rack.
Serve pizza rolls with pizza sauce.
