Healthy Italian Pasta Salad
This Healthy Italian Pasta Salad is perfect for summer cookouts and picnics. It's light and flavorful, so it won't weigh you down!

Ingredients
½
pound
pasta of your choice
cooked,drained and rinsed, (I used Barilla Plus Rotini)

medium
zucchini
thinly sliced
1
cup
grated carrots
1
cup
grape tomatoes
¼
cup
sliced olives
3
green onions
chopped
½
cup
Italian Dressing
sea salt & fresh ground pepper
to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Place in the refrigerator to chill for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
If pasta seems dry, add additional dressing.
Notes
The pasta will soak in the Italian Dressing as it chills. You may need to add additional dressing if it is too dry.
