Ingredients

Pizza Dough
1
cup
Bourbon Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce*
or sauce of your choice
2
cups
cooked, shredded chicken*
1
cup
grated white cheddar cheese
Apple Coleslaw
Instructions
If using a baking/pizza stone, place in cold oven and preheat oven to 500 degrees for one hour.
Divide pizza dough in half. Roll each half into a circle on a floured work surface.
Place pizza on a sheet of parchment paper.
Mix shredded chicken and barbecue sauce together in a bowl. Divide chicken between the two pizzas and sprinkle evenly with the shredded cheese.
Carefully slide pizza {including the parchment paper} onto the hot baking stone {or a baking sheet}.
Bake until crust is golden brown and the sauce is bubbly.
Remove from oven and top with Apple Coleslaw.
Slice and serve with lots of napkins.
