2cupsshredded or chopped chickenrotisserie is perfect
0.5cupBuffalo sauceI used Franks
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
.33cupcrumbled blue cheese
1stalk celerycut into thin strips
ranch dressingfor dipping
Instructions
Place pizza stone in the upper third of the oven, and preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Remove pizza dough from the refrigerator and set on the counter to come up to room temperature.
Place pizza dough on a sheet of parchment paper and press into a 12-inch circle.
Mix the sauce and shredded chicken together in a small bowl. Spread the chicken mixture out on top of the pizza dough.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza. Carefully slide a pizza peel under the parchment paper, then slide onto the preheated baking stone. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and starting to brown.
For fun, I decided to cut the celery into thin strips and sprinkle them across the top of the baked pizza.
Garnish with crumbled blue cheese and chopped parsley. Cut into 8 slices and serve with Homemade Ranch Dressing on the side.
Notes
My Homemade Pizza Dough recipe is enough to make two medium pizzas (approximately 2 pounds of dough).
Double the toppings ingredients if you would like both pizzas for a party, or use the half for a different flavor of pizza.
Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
To reheat: place pizza on a baking sheet and heat in a 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly, reheat in an air fryer for 3 minutes at 350 degrees, or microwave in 15 to 30-second intervals until the cheese melts.
