Cafe Mocha Cupcakes
Moist and delicious Cafe Mocha Cupcakes topped with buttercream frosting, chocolate drizzle and sprinkles!

Ingredients

granulated sugar

unbleached all-purpose flour

devil's food instant pudding

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add the liquid ingredients.
Beat together until smooth, about 2 minutes.
Evenly divide batter between 24 cupcake liners, and place in (2) muffin pans.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Frost with your favorite icing, and decorate as desired.
Notes
You can also bake in (2) 9" round cake pans for 40 minutes.
