Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Place mixture in the refrigerator and chill for at least one hour.
Pour mixture into a frozen canister for your ice cream maker, and process according to manufacture's instructions. {about 20 minutes}
Serve immediately for a soft serve consistency. For a more typical, scoopable consistency, freeze for 3 to 5 hours.
Notes
If you do not have an ice cream maker, I am guessing that you could simply freeze the mixture in the freezer until ready to serve….but don’t quote me on that
Yes, you can leave out the tequila and add orange juice instead of the orange liqueur, but then you will have a Watermelon Sorbet which is different.
