¼cupliquid**orange juice, coconut water, pineapple juice
¼cupshredded coconutfinely chopped

Instructions
Add the frozen pineapple and mango chunks to a blender.
Pour in the tequila, lime juice, and orange liqueur.
Blend until smooth. Gradually add liquid** as need until your have a perfectly smooth cocktail.
Rub or dip the rim of two margarita glasses in/with lime juice.
Dip glass rim into the finely chopped coconut shreds.
Pour margaritas into the glasses and garnish with lime wedges.
Notes
Liquid** – these margaritas would taste amazing with coconut water or milk (I am allergic to coconut). Orange juice is a nice addition as well….you choose.
Gradually add enough liquid to create a smooth texture. You may need more or less than the 1/4 that I used {it’s super dry here}.
If you prefer more pineapple flavor, swap out the measurements and add less mango and more pineapple.
Depending on the sweetness of your fruit, you may need to add a Tablespoon or two of super-fine sugar.
