Bring water and orange zest to a boil in a small saucepan.
Stir in oats.
Cook for five minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Stir in sugar, cinnamon, and honey.
Pour into a small bowl, sprinkle with pistachios and drizzle with honey before serving.
Notes
The measurements are more like guidelines. Add and subtract according to your own personal tastes. If you don’t like pistachios, substitute walnuts or pecans.
