Ahi Poke
Ahi Poke is a raw fish salad that is served on pupu {appetizer} platters, or as an entree all over the Hawaiian Islands. Now you can make your own at home!

Ingredients

ounces
fresh raw ahi {yellowfin tuna}

Tablespoon
low sodium shoyu
soy sauce, or coconut aminos
¼
teaspoon
alaea Hawaiian red sea salt
½
teaspoon
toasted sesame seed oil
½
Tablespoon
minced maui or red onion
1
Tablespoon
chopped green onion
¼
teaspoon
grated fresh ginger
1
large clove
garlic
pressed or finely minced
1
teaspoon
toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
Dice ahi into small pieces and place in a bowl.
Add the shoyu {soy sauce or coconut aminos}, sesame oil, onions, ginger, garlic and sesame seeds. Toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
