California Hot Dogs
California Dogs - all beef hot dogs wrapped in bacon and topped with guacamole and Monterrey Jack cheese!

Ingredients

all-beef hot dogs

slices
uncured bacon
4
hot dog buns

guacamole

grated, Monterrey Jack cheese
Instructions
Option 1:
Place hot dog on a microwave safe plate and cook on HIGH for 25 seconds until heated.
Wrap a cooked slice of bacon around hot dog and place in hot dog bun.
Top with guacamole {or mashed avocado} and grated Monterrey Jack cheese.
Option 2:
Wrap one slice of bacon around each hot dog and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Place hot dog in bun and top with guacamole {or mashed avocado} and grated Monterrey Jack cheese.
