Ingredients

Unwrapped Hershey Mint Truffle KISSES
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silpat liner, set aside.
Beat together butter, sugar and vanilla until creamy.
Add the melted chocolate and beat to combine.
Stir in flour and salt and mix until dough holds together. If dough is dry, add 1 to 2 Tablespoons milk.
Scoop out dough, place a mint truffle KISSES in the center and roll into a ball.
Place 1 inch apart on prepared baking sheet and bake 12 to 15 minutes until set, but not brown.
Allow cookies to cool enough that they can be picked up. Roll in powdered sugar and place on a wire cooling rack.
Allow to cool completely, then roll again in powdered sugar.
Serve.
Notes
I used a 1 Tablespoon cookie scoop. The first batch made 23 cookies, the second batch made 25. So you should end up with 20 to 25 cookies.
