Add two teaspoons of peanut butter to each pudding cup. Stir to combine.
Top with whipped cream and decorative sprinkles.
To make the pie crust spoons:
Roll out pie crust dough to 1/4" thick.
Cut into desired shapes and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar or valentine's sprinkles.
Bake for 12 to 16 minutes until set and lightly browned.
Place on wire rack to cool before serving.
Notes
I used 1/2 of my Pie Crust recipe to make these Pie Crust Spoons. Baking time will depend on how thick you make your cut outs. Mine were thick and took 16 minutes.
