Ingredients

heads
fresh garlic

olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Slice the tops off of each head of garlic to reveal the cloves inside.
Set garlic on a large sheet of aluminium foil and drizzle with olive oil.
Fold the foil around the garlic and place in the preheated oven.
Bake for one hour.
Remove from oven and carefully open the foil to allow the heat to escape.
Allow to cool enough to handle and squeeze each garlic clove out of the paper shell.
