½teaspooncayenne pepperuse more or less - can substitute red pepper flakes
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Sprinkle meat with spice mix and grill as desired.
Notes
I used about one Tablespoon of spice mix per steak. Season as desired.
This is a dry rub so I did not rub the steaks with oil first. Use 2 teaspoons of oil per steak if you like.
Allow the spice mixture to sit on the meat for at least 30 minutes before grilling. You want your meat to be room temperature before you put it on the grill.
