Ingredients

ml bottle
Rosé champagne

ruby red grapefruit juice
fresh squeezed (2 and 2/3 cups)

ruby red grapefruit
cut into thin slices to garnish
Instructions
Place a thin slice of grapefruit into a slim Collins glass or champagne flute.
Fill each glass 2/3 full with champagne (sparkling wine or club soda).
Top off each glass off with ruby red grapefruit juice and serve immediately.
Notes
Add a splash of Gran Marnier, vodka, Cointreau (orange liqueur).
Garnish with mint leaves, a frozen raspberry or strawberry.
Substitute soda water/seltzer for a non-alcoholic drink.
Refrigerate any leftovers for up to 3 days.
