Measure all of the individual spices/herbs and pour them into a bowl.
Stir the spices together to combine.
For a finer texture, pulverize mixture in a small food processor.
Store in a glass jar or zipper topped bag for up to six months.
Use 2 tablespoons of seasoning blend per pound of meat. Drizzle or brush with olive oil so the seasoning sticks. Squeeze fresh lemon over the finished meal for added depth of flavor.

How to use:
Sprinkle over and rub into chicken, pork, fish, potatoes, chopped vegetables before cooking.
Mix one tablespoon of seasoning with .33 cup of red wine vinegar, .25 cup olive oil, and 0.5 teaspoon of Dijon mustard to create a quick dressing or marinade.
Mix with olive oil on a small plate to create a simple dipping oil for bread.
Mix with Greek yogurt to create a delicious dip for fresh vegetables.
