4uncured, beef hot dogs cut into bite-sized pieces
1cupshredded sharp cheddar cheese
red onion sliced/diced, parsley chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. If using a pizza stone, place the stone in the cold oven and heat for 1 hour.
Roll dough out on a well floured surface into a 15-inch circle, then place on a parchment paper lined pizza peel.
Spread the Chili Sauce over the top of the dough without going all the way to the edge.
Sprinkle the Colby Jack cheese over the chili. Top with hot dog slices and the shredded cheddar cheese.
Slide the pizza and parchment paper onto the preheated pizza stone {if using} and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Garnish with sliced/diced onions, parsley, or green onions and serve.
