0.5

750
ml
bottle Prosecco
(or Champagne - chilled)
orange slices
(to garnish)
Instructions
To Make Individual Cocktails:
Pour 0.5-ounce of orange liqueur into a champagne flute.
Fill the glass half way with blood orange juice.
Top off with champagne/prosecco.
Garnish with blood orange slices or wedges and serve immediately.
To Make A Blood Orange Pitcher Cocktail:
Pour orange juice and orange liqueur into a pitcher.
Add the Champagne or Prosecco.
Drop in orange slices to garnish. Serve immediately.
Notes
Champagne flutes come in many different sizes, therefore the amount of servings will vary depending on your glasses.
If you cannot find blood oranges, substitute navel or your favorite type of orange.
The orange liqueur is added to give the cocktail an extra kick of orange flavor. You can leave it out if you like, or try a different liqueur instead.
I am not a fan of champagne so I always use prosecco {Italian sparkling wine}.
