Grab those summer berries while you can and make yourself a refreshing Blackberry Moscow Mule before they are all gone, it is the perfect way to cool down in the summer heat!
1ounceblackberry liqueur (substitute Chambord® Black Raspberry Liqueur)
handfulice
6ouncesginger beer
lime wedge and mint to garnish
Instructions
Place 6 large blackberries and lime juice in the bottom of a copper mug.
Muddle/squash the berries to release their juice.
Add the vodka and blackberry liqueur. Stir to combine.
Add ice until the mug is about 3/4’s full and top off with the ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge and fresh mint {if desired}.
Notes
I never did find my cocktail muddler, so I bought a new muddler on Amazon.

I used Absolute Vodka, Chamboard® Black Raspberry Liqueur, and Reed’s All Natural Jamaican Style Ginger Beer {made with sugar, not high fructose corn syrup}.
Did you catch that? I could not find blackberry liqueur anywhere so I used Chambord® Black Raspberry Liqueur instead. Sometimes we have to get creative!
If you have smaller berries, use 8 or 9…or as many as you like.
