1poundwild-caught salmon filets(cut into 4 servings)
2Tablespoonsolive oil
1Tablespoongarlic pepper
½cupGuinness Glaze(approximate amount)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Drizzle oil on the bottom of a glass baking dish. Add the salmon fillets skin side down.
Grind garlic pepper over the tops of the salmon.
Cover baking dish with foil, cook in the oven for 12 - 14 minutes.
Remove foil and pour glaze over salmon.
Serve with additional Guinness Glaze and Mashed Potatoes.
Notes
I have not included the recipe for my Guinness Glaze within this recipe because it makes more glaze than you need for one recipe. It is also better if it is made ahead of time and allow to cool/thicken before serving.
The glaze is sweet, so I like to serve it with something savory to balance out the flavors.
