Form ground beef into 4 patties. Season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper.
Fry the patties in a large skillet until no longer pink.
Pour the Guinness glaze over burger patties.
Place a slice of cheese on top of patty, and allow it to melt.
Place cheese burger on a grilled hamburger bun.
Top with bacon, onion rings, and more glaze (if desired). Add lettuce and tomato if you must. ;)
Notes
I have not included the recipe for my Guinness Glaze within this recipe because it makes more glaze than you need for one recipe. It is also better if it is made ahead of time and allow to cool/thicken before serving.
