⅓cupmilk(I use unsweetened Coconut or Cashew milk)
½cupauthentic Greek yogurt(I used Fage)
½cupmayonnaise
2Tablespoonswhite balsamic vinegar
2large clovesgarlic(pressed or finely minced)
2Tablespoonsfinely chopped green onions
¼teaspoondried dill
1teaspoondried oregano
¼teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Place feta cheese and milk in a bowl, and mash together with a fork to break apart any large chunks.
Mix in the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic, green onion, dill, pepper and oregano. Or, you could pour the ingredients into a jar, seal the lid and shake to combine.
Cover and chill dressing for a few hours before serving. Use within 7 days.
