Instructions
To prepare your salad, you have two choices.
#1 - Evenly divide the ingredients between four plates, drizzle with dressing and serve.#2 - Place all ingredients into a large bowl, drizzle with dressing and toss together.
Notes
Use whatever lettuce you have on hand, but Romaine is traditionally used. I used a combination of spinach and arugula.
