Ingredients

orange flower water

peeled and pitted

blanched almonds

milk
I used coconut milk (box)

Tablespoon
honey
Instructions
Wipe the dates with the orange flower water. Cut and remove the pits.
In a blender combine the dates, avocado, almonds, honey, and half of the milk. Puree until smooth
Pour through a strainer into a bowl, pressing with the back of a wooden spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.
Stir in the remaining milk and 1 cup of cold water. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if necessary.
Serve chilled.
