Ingredients

Greek yogurt
I used Fage 5%.

tablespoon
honey
agave nectar or maple syrup

teaspoon
pure vanilla extract

cup
vanilla almond granola
homemade or store-bought

sliced strawberries

raspberries

blueberries
Instructions
Mix the yogurt, honey and vanilla together until smooth and well combined.
Spoon .25 cup of yogurt into four, small dessert glasses or Mason jars.
Sprinkle .25 cup of granola over the yogurt, then top with the mixed berries.
Serve immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Notes
For vegan parfaits - use coconut yogurt and substitute agave nectar or maple syrup for the honey.
These parfaits are gluten-free if using certified gluten-free oats. Double-check the package if needed.
If using flavored yogurt, skip the vanilla and probably the honey. Check the label to see if sugar has been added.
