Instructions
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add the vodka, white chocolate liqueur, amaretto, and cream.
Shake hard for about 10 seconds.
Strain into the chilled glass.
Pipe whipped cream around the top edge of the drink and sprinkle with colorful jimmies a full dessert finish. You can also just add a dollop of whipped cream to the center of the drink.
Notes
Serve it right after shaking. This keeps the drink cold, the cream smooth, and the garnish bright. For parties, set up a simple garnish station with whipped cream and sprinkles, then shake each drink fresh.
Add a small splash of cold brew or espresso liqueur, then reduce the white chocolate liqueur slightly so the drink doesn’t get too sweet. The result tastes a bit like coffee cake with vanilla frosting.
Flavor tweaks work best when they stay close to cake-shop flavors. Almond, vanilla, white chocolate, coffee, and sprinkles all make sense. Citrus, herbal liqueurs, or dark spirits usually pull the drink away from that traditional birthday-cake profile.
