Ingredients

olive oil

chopped cilantro

limes

garlic

cayenne pepper
sea salt and ground pepper to taste

16 to 20 count shrimp
peeled and deveined

skewers
additional limes cut into wedges
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees, or preheat grill. If using a grill, soak wood skewers for 30 minutes.
Mix oil, cilantro, lime juice and zest, garlic, cayenne, salt and pepper together in a large bowl.
Add shrimp and stir to combine.
Cover with plastic wrap and allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
Slide shrimp onto skewers.
Place skewers on a rimmed baking sheet and place in preheated oven.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until cooked through and no longer opaque.
Serve with or without skewers.
