Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and creamy.
Beat in eggs and vanilla until well combined.
Add flour, baking soda, salt, and orange zest. Beat just until incorporated.
Stir in oats, cranberries, and white chocolate chunks.
Scoop dough with a cookie scoop and place on baking sheets.
Bake until light golden brown, about 12 minutes.
Allow cookies to rest on baking sheet for one minute, then move to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
Store cooled cookies in a sealed container.
