Ingredients

unsalted butter
softened

powdered sugar

LorAnn Key Lime flavor

Buttery Sweet Dough Bakery Emulsion

all-purpose flour

teaspoon
baking powder
⅛
teaspoon
fine salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with silpat/parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat butter until creamy.
Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar, key lime flavor, buttery sweet dough emulsion and beat to combine.
Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat until thoroughly combined and soft dough forms.
Scoop dough with a small cookie scoop and place on prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 15 minutes, until bottoms are golden brown.
Roll hot cookies in the remaining 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and place on a wire cooling rack.
Roll cooled cookies again in the powdered sugar to thoroughly coat.
Store in a sealed container for up to one week.
Notes
My cookie scoop is the smallest one that I could find, and is approximately 2 teaspoons.
