Remove steaks from the refrigerator and place on the counter for 30 minutes.
Spray or brush oil on both sides of the steaks, then sprinkle with seasoning mix.
Turn on your air fryer. Set the temperature to 360 degrees and the time for 8 to 10 minutes. I cooked my steaks for 9 minutes for medium-rare. Allow air fryer to preheat. When it beeps add your steaks to the basket. Mine actually displays "add food" when ready.
Close the basket and allow food to cook. The air fryer will beep halfway through and tell you to "turn food". Flip steaks over and continue cooking until it beeps. Open the basket and remove your steaks.
Place steaks on a plate, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite sides, a glass of Pinot Noir, and a good steak knife.
