Spinach Dip
This Gillyweed Dip, aka Spinach Dip, is a healthy version of your favorite party dip made with simple ingredients!

Ingredients

cup
mayonnaise
16

Greek yogurt
(I used Fage)

Mrs. Dash Original Blend Seasoning Blend

ounce can
water chestnuts
(drained and chopped)
10
ounce
frozen chopped spinach
(defrosted and thoroughly drained)

Tablespoons
chopped green onions
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and seasoning blend.
Squeeze spinach by handfuls until it is as dry as possible.
Add drained spinach, chopped water chestnuts, and chopped green onions to dip and stir until thoroughly combined.
Cover and chill for several hours before serving.
Serve with bread chunks and fresh vegetables.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Notes
Serving size is just a guess. It all depends on how hungry your guests are and how many appetizers you have available for them to eat!
