Ingredients

ounce
dark spiced rum
(I used The Kraken)
0.5
ounce
butterscotch schnapps
3 to 4
ounces
sparkling apple cider
(chilled)
Instructions
Fill a small cocktail glass with ice cubes.
Pour the dark spiced rum (I used The Kraken) and the butterscotch schnapps into the glass.
Top off with 3 to 4 ounces of sparkling cider.
Garnish with a thin slice of apple and serve.
Notes
Don’t forget to chill the sparkling apple cider before serving.
You can also chill your rum and schnapps ahead of time as well if desired. The colder your liquor, the slower your ice will melt!
Each bottle of sparkling cider will yield approximately 7 drinks.
