    This Sparkling Caramel Apple Cocktail screams fall with it's crisp apple flavor, buttery caramel richness, and a hint of spice! Not that I will limit these delicious cocktails to the fall months, they will be a perfect pick me up during the long, hot Arizona summers as well. Unlike my previous sparkling cocktails, you will not need a bottle of expensive champagne.....

    Crisp apple, buttery caramel, and a hint of spice make this Sparkling Caramel Apple Cocktail the perfect drink for fall! cookingwithcurls.com

    Pour the spiced rum and butterscotch schnapps into a small glass filled with ice cookingwithcurls.com

    This Sparkling Caramel Apple Cocktail is like fall in a glass!! cookingwithcurls.com

    Notes:

    • Don't forget to chill the sparkling apple cider before serving.
    • You can also chill your rum and schnapps ahead of time as well if desired. The colder your liquor, the slower your ice will melt!
    • Each bottle of sparkling cider will yield approximately 7 drinks.
    • I used these Whiskey Glasses even though I didn't use whiskey, I just really like the shape! {affiliate link}

    Some additional cocktails to try:

    • Caribbean Rum Punch
    • Bahama Mama
    • Tropical Painkiller -
    • Apple Cider Mule - the regular kind of cider, not the sparkling kind.
    • Autumn Sparkler Cocktail - apple cider and prosecco in a champagne flute.
    • Hot Spiced Cider Toddy
    • Holiday Relaxer Cocktail - just in time for the holidays!!

    Check out this delicious recipe for Spiced Rum Baked Apples! They taste amazing and it always helps to have more than one recipe to prepare when splurging on a bottle of booze! 😉
