The holidays are upon us and the stores are already getting crazy!! It always amazes me how busy the roads and stores are this time of year, all of these people must be hiding under a rock the rest of the year. Well there is no need to stress out or panic this holiday season, because I have created a secret weapon to make all of the insanity disappear, a Holiday Relaxer Cocktail.

Okay I can’t make it all disappear completely, but I can make your weird relatives easier to tolerate! 🙂 Isn’t it a pretty color? It almost looks like candy corn, LOL

This cocktail is the perfect combination of peach schnapps, coconut rum, and pineapple juice for a sweet & tart mood stabilizer. It’s not at sweet as a Mai Tai and definitely not as potent! Always drink responsibly! Don’t drink and drive…..please!!

How to make a Holiday Relaxer Cocktail:

Fill a 14 ounce cocktail glass half full of ice. Pour the peach schnapps, vodka, and coconut rum over the ice…..

Pour in the pineapple juice and add a splash of cranberry juice…..

Garnish with fresh cranberries and serve…..

Pineapple and cranberry juice are both high in Vitamin C, which will help build your immunity during this cold and exhausting time of year, right? That’s my story and I’m sticking with it. 😉

You could easily turn this cocktail into a punch for your next family gathering…or holiday party. Trust me, everyone will love you for it!

I absolutely love the name of this cocktail. Sometimes, no matter how much you plan and organize and try to smile, it’s nice to have a relaxer:)
