Ingredients

sweet potatoes
cut into wedges

olive oil

panko crumbs

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
onion powder

teaspoon
ground coriander

ground cumin

teaspoon
chili powder

teaspoon
sea salt

teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with silpat or parchment paper, set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together panko, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, coriander, salt, pepper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix potato wedges with olive oil.
Sprinkle panko mixture over the potatoes, and toss together.
Pour potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
