  • 1 batch sugar cookie dough chilled
  • 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 4 cups mixed fresh berries (rinsed, drained, and dry)

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet, set aside.
  • Remove chilled cookie dough from the refrigerator and roll out to a 13-inch circle. You want the dough to be as even as possible so it cooks evenly.
  • Place on prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
  • In a large bowl beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the vanilla and lemon zest, beat to combine.
  • Spread frosting over cooled cookie.
  • Arrange fresh Driscoll's berries over the pizza in any pattern you choose.
  • Chill until ready to serve. Refrigerate unused portions for up to 3 days.
